FAQs
Q: What if I’m nervous or have never done anything like this?
A: Most of our clients are first-timers! We’ll guide you through every step.
Q: What type of retouching do you offer?
A: A lot of our clients suffer from various scaring/injuries. No worries, we will discuss your preferred level of editing during your image reveal. Anything you want removed we can take care, from acne scars and stretch marks, to those old tattoos that you regret. However, we do not alter your body shape. It is studio policy to help each client love the body they are in!
Q: Will my photos be shared publicly?
A: Not unless you sign a model release. If you would rather keep your images private, that's completely ok. We never share any images without your consent.
Q: How long does the session take?
A: Plan for about 5-6 hours total including hair, makeup, shoot time, lunch and image reveal
Q. Can I do a payment plan?
A: Absolutely! While we do not offer payment plans on the retainer, you can always opt for a payment plan for your images. Just keep in mind, that no images are released until payment is made in full. If you need your images quickly, we recommend opting for either a credit card, paypal credit or affirm. You can even start payments right after booking to expedite the process.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your Retainer covers professional hair & makeup styling with Lisa Gallant Photography, access to our massive Client Closet, wardrobe consult, AND a 90 minute photoshoot. It does not include any additional prints, products or digital files.
Our studio will reach out to you for your phone consultation. During this time, we will go over any question you may have and get your session scheduled. All sessions must be scheduled directly after booking and must take place in our Summerville, SC studio, unless otherwise noted. These Session retainers are 100% non-refundable, meaning there will be NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! If you have questions or doubts, please contact our studio to go over them prior to booking.
